This is Joe ''Frostbite'' Weller; an ice dragon and part of the Weredragon Army series. He was originally named Polar but I decided to change it to Frostbite since it sounds more fitting for him. He's the team's brains and works as a rescue worker for a nearby ski resort. Frostbite's power source is ice.

Like the other weredragons Frostbite was once human. While he was on a trip in Antarctica he lost his tent and stuff due to heavy wind and died of hyperthermia. However, while he was in the afterlife the dragon gods visited him and said that he can enter the world again but in a different body. He didn't know that a ''different body'' was in fact his body but transformed into a dragon. He woke up from where he once laid and started to get up. This time he didn't suffer from hyperthermia. Hell, he wasn't even effected by Frostbite despite the extremely low temperature and his clothes were not very warm too. Frostbite examined his new body and smiled in glee before using his new wings to fly back to civilisation.
Now, Frostbite spends most of his time working half time at a local ski resort. He joined the rescue team over there since he is an ice dragon and that provides huge advantages for rscueing trapped tourists without any risk of frostbite, cold nor hyperthermia. Frostbite loves to help the locals on their skiing trip. He also makes good cocoa. One of his ''powers'' is he can make ice cream from his nose. The flavour depends on what he ate last. There has been a few complaints on people eating pizza flavoured ice cream. Frostbite loses track with his food.
Frostbite has a main power which he calls his Ice Form (its just normal but with a light blue hue) while in this form Frostbite can freeze anything he touches such as vehicles, water and even the ground surrounding him. His touch can also cause frostbite to any limb he touches in his form.
Speaking of causing frostbite, Frostbite is a master at technology robotic mechanics. He can build robotic bodies with little effort. He builds robotic limbs a lot either for his enjoyment or to help someone who he accidentally inflicted with frostbite. For example, if Frostbite accidentally touches someone's hand while in his ice form, he will build a robotic hand as an apology for making him lose his hand. Bulding robots is one of Frostbite's many talents.

Frostbite is known for being a smart and couragious dragon. He is in charge of planning missions, solving solutions to getting a job done and offers tactics for his colleagues. He also finds the best routes for rescue while on the job as well as where to look and what to use to dig in case someone was buried deep in snow.
Frostbite can also get a bit arrogant due to his intelligence. He always thinks he's right and he hates it when he's proven wrong or makes up an excuse to why he was proven wrong. He always tries to solve everything even if the person insists they do it on his own. He will mostly give them the right answers but he gets into trouble for getting his calculations wrong. He gets irate when his calculations are false.
However, despite his arrogant behavior, Frostbite is a nice, sweet and considerate dragon. While on the job he puts the tourists and his colleagues first instead of himself. He will also comfort injured people by giving them cocoa and ice cream and will also share them his story on how he became a dragon.
Frostbite is a friendly dragon, but give him a calculator and he'll find it as an insult.

Frostbite wears a black jacket with steel zippers, black/dark grey camo pants and dark grey military boots with black laces and dark grey soles. He also wears a black fabric belt with a steel, modern buckle and black fingerless gloves with a grey edge around each finger and wrist. Frostbite's skin is a cobalt blue while his underbelly is pearl white. His paw soles, palms and wing membranes are also pearl white. His eye colour is navy blue and his claws/horns are black

He'll also joke about maths when 2 numbers add up to make 69
