It can't be helped whether it came before or after. We live in a time where it's to the point similiarties could be spotted whether intentionally or unintentionally. Shenanigans aside I really like this alot for a number of things. One of them is how the right side is mostly normal in contrast to the mechcnical cybernetic skeleton which makes up a pretty convincing skull for the head. I'm going to take a random guess that this head is a semblence of life and the cybernetic version of the undying death if that makes any sense.
