Here is the character style sheet for Iker, an Anubian Jackal warrior that I've been working on for a while.

... he comes from a culture of warriors who are dedicated to their patron god, Anubis. They pride themselves on their dedication to protecting those who tend to the dead. It is a high honor to be selected at the prime of their ability to be mummified alive (well, until needed parts go missing) with full rites and protect the dead from beyond the mortal life. (this ensures that they spend less time out vulnerable and in peak ability when they arrive at the scales of judgment.)
