All 4 elements together form the Pixel side.
I am still working on my ironing skills but I did find that there's a way to, with some tape and other tricks, to flatten 1 side to almost a Pixel type view, when also leaving the other side as still perler. (Will post the perler side here in a sec so you can see the difference.)
