Backstory: 2 Years prior to meeting Tom, Rose was once a Pokemon Trainer. Going around and doing training with various Pokemon. But none were more precious to her than her Pachirisu, Spikey. Spikey was her starting Pokemon and she bonded with him fairly fast. But one day, she was attacked by a couple of thugs while on a walk with Spikey. They took the Pokemon she had on her, and when Spikey attempted to protect her, they sent out Pokemon and nearly killed him. Then left them after words. Crying over Spikey, a Jirachi took notice of her plight. After they talked, the Jirachi said it would save Spikey, but Rose would have to give something up in return. She agreed, and Spikey was saved, and Rose had given up her human form. And the form given to her in exchange from the Jirachi was that of a Pichu. Afterwards, the two set off, their next destination unknown.
