Some personal art of my thylacine character Beta. I can never make up my mind whether Beta lives in the 1980's or is just a nostalgic junk hoarder, but that room is still tidier than mine...
There's so many little pedantic details I put into this that it would take too long to explain, so I'll leave it up to the viewer! I've always loved the book The Ultimate Alphabet by Mike Wilks, it's inspired a little by that with all the trinkets. There's things that mean a lot to me, things that Beta would own, and of course, token objects of the era. This was a ton of fun and has kept me busy for the past few days :D

Nostalgic junk hoarders are awesome. It's nice to be able to see how far we've come in terms of technology since the 80s. Living my better years through the 90s, it really brings an honest appreciation for what we have now days. Oh! Should have put a UHF dial on the TV X3!
