There hasn't been an art of a Treecko farting, but I suppose I have to do it then to gain the glory of being the first. It does look like a potentially gassy lizard.
This little fella, let's call him Terry, and he is a gassy Treecko. He is doing some devious grin where he's without hesitance, passing gas. Treeckoes are definitely small creatures but Terry's farts seem pretty big for his size. It could be maybe that he has a huge lot of gas built up in his gut, quite common for herbivores.
He probably farts as bad as a creature many many times his size, and can definitely outstink them. Grass type farts, I'd always imagine them to have some decaying plant mater smell, perhaps this gaseous stinkbomb has some rancid broccoli and old cabbage aroma to it.
This particular tREEKo evolves into groVILE which evolves into SCENTile.
Heh, those puns. Those puns are because he's farting and farts are supposedly smelly (his are no exception) so might as well make a stink pun out of his evolution wordplay.
