Captain America (also known as Steve Rogers) is Scamp's favourite superhero as out of all of them, as he finds the Captain to be the most selfless out of all of them. Not motivated by revenge or love, and is not easily distracted from the mission at hand, he inspires hope to all people and will defend the world until death takes him. A true hero for everyone... not just Americans.
Scamp probably won't win a contest for the most realistic outfit, but maybe he will win the cutest hero contest.
This bit of fan art/commission is for Captain America: The Winter Soldier when it comes out into theatres the 4th of April 2014. Might be a little early but it is good to be eagerly anticipating the movie.
