A long over due off base custom Pinnavi for Somi. Somi won a custom by coming up with the species name, which was awesome!

Some pinnavi are born with a birth defect that leaves thorns on their tentacles. The thorns tend to cut and tear at the pinnavi's back all their life which leads to cronic pain. Most born with this defect keep their tentacles retracted into their back as often as possible to cut down on how much they get cut.
