
Well as i said I'm gonna be attempting at making a Furry Player Model for the Source engine.

The Tail is short. i know. This is because I'm not gonna all the bones from scrap, so i need to make a temp tail until i figure that out.
This is the High-quality version, the original is 4100 polygons (going into Source) (this is comparison is 2 times that)
This is my first attempt at a Full-Body mesh construction at a polygon limit and bone-ing, UV Mapping an organic thing.

It's looking good so far... but I guess because it isn't skinned yet that it looks a little off. Those pockets in the front especially. Does it look worse with a less of a gap between them, or is that as close as you can get? Also, is your character map going through those blocks, or are they resting on top?
yeah the pockets were rounded bit off when i increased the poly count, but on the original version (which doesn't look good without textures :/ I'll be updating this account when they are done) they are definitely closer. Thanks for the comment thought.
