We decided to wait until the girls are a bit older to spay them, but for the boys surgery is much less invasive so they have already been neutered.

Of the 4 boys one is staying here to be claimed by family, and the other two have been adopted, so that leaves us with Captain Hook here (formally known as Crookshanks) waiting for an immediate home. You can take him home today!

His name is Captain Hook because he was born with a short bent tail that he holds straight up like a hook when he plays.
This kitten is very purry and cuddly and is tenacious at play time.

He has been neutered and has his first round of kitten shots, he is located in the Sacramento area of Northern California.


The rescue mama cat as well as her black and white daughter will be available for adoption in a few more weeks after their spay.

Adult cats tend to have a lower adoption rate and mom cat dearly needs a home, she is a very easy going cat who adapts instantly to new locations and situations and even made herself right at home at the vet office, she is very sweet and chatty, is great with being picked up and held, and she is fine with other cats and small dogs, she will charge larger dogs but we believe she does so in protection of her kittens and chances are she will be fine with them too.
