ABOUT FELICINES:

Felicines are a hybrid fowl feline. Though they have a long and seemingly flowy tail it mimics that of a fowls. The tail flattens slightly upon flight and retractable claws resemble talons. The feathers and coat secrete a natural oil to deflect water and the orb just below the navel changes color when aroused.
