It's been a stressful few days. My partner Kurzar ended up back in the ER due to complications arising from gallbladder surgery. He should be OK (we hope) but I tend to get stressed out by anything medical due to my own past medical history.

I've got some great people in my life who help me deal with stuff but music is a big part of what helps me deal with stress/fear/depression/hopelessness, too.
