Derpy JC is at it again. I don't know if it's her ursine upbringing or a matter of taste, but she loves fish of any kind, salmon more preferred. A bag of kitty treats seemed to have caught her attention today.
I just know there's some poor fat kitty pissed off about losing its treats.

a lot of places call it "crunchy shrimp" sushi, too.
we have this small local chain called Hibachi Express.
they have an insane shrimp tempura sushi...
"Super Crunch Roll" -- they ain't kidding!
the stuff is nigh buried in a pile of tempura flakes.

it's also the only sushi that's ever bitten me back.
had a serving of it that had a bit of shell still left inside the one bit of sushi roll at the tail end,
and the tail itself had been broken off so there were sharp bits... ended up stabbing my finger
when I panicked and tried to pull the bit with the shell out of my mouth.
was actually pretty funny.. XD I notice I have not been served Super Crunch with anything less than a full tail since then, though!

[The chubby chowolf nearly fell over in disbelief at the sight of the large fish. She gleefully ran over to it, making quick work of cleaning, gutting, cutting up the salmon into steaks, and seasoning them with herbs and spices. She then set up a large makeshift grill, tossed a fireball onto the wood underneath it and began grilling the huge, yummy salmon steaks]
