Finally finished in color! Magic Clam and I spent considerable time determining the color effects in this piece. There were plenty of challenging lighting effects and details.
Here we see Kaneshia lost in thought while resting in an old temple located somewhere in the Mountains that border her home country. Some of her clothing such as the bright green skirt is woven from a luminescent cloth.

The lighting came out really well here. It's not easy to do, but it really does look like it's a darkened area with minimal lighting... and somehow the luminescent green actually looks like it's luminescent, instead of just looking like it's really brightly coloured fabric.
Thank you very much! My friend who colors these works has a unique style of coloring with Prismacolors. He prefers to apply very solid and bold colors which fits well with my drawing style. It also took him awhile to build up the courage (and wrist-strength) to apply such a bold coloring technique. Glad you approve!
