No i am righthanded but in a real fight situation you go change to face your enemy so you differ the grip on a claymore that you get more power in the enemy

I have so many questions to this but I doubt any of them even matter because it likely wasn't a very detailed commission request. XD I assume it was 'I'd like my fur doing X in Y and looking Z', so I'll just put my question ramble away and leave this in it's place. :)

But yeah, I concur with the others, nice. Oh, and to answer the question about, he's right handed. Your strong hand holds the blade by the hilt while the weak hand (in this case, left like me) holds the pommel or is tied with a buckler or shield.

I do swordfighting since a while japanese classic and european so i have to say in a fight situation you switch ... and you have to because if not you are dead ;)

I know, but the dominant hand is always stronger and is used to grip the hilt. Discovered this myself after trying to get comfortable with my stance. Also discovered I, sadly, could not use two blades at once as my left arm refuses to operate at the same speed and strength.

I learned japanese Musashi two bladed in japan .... so ... i have to switch hands to increase my efficiency to the max ;)

In my case, I can't resist swapping back to a single handed style. I can use a rapier to an extent and I understand two hands on a blade can increase the strength, but I just find myself wandering back to a single handed style. Ironically, I'm stronger single handed. XD

That said, as good as blades are, I'd be more suited to Neko-Te. My body is a better weapon as I'm adapted to my primal side. I can still use guns and I love a good rifle, but no weapon ever feels as good as my own hands and teeth. :3

Soldier since 12 Years and martial arts trained in systema shooting skills are not on debate ..... i am too good using them so i do in my spare time martial arts and swort fighting ;)

My case, I don't really have formal training. I used what I had to to survive (it's a long story) and adapted to suit my problems. Not really a fan of full on fighting cos I'm a stealth guy (one shot, one kill in a manner of speaking) but I don't hold back when I do. The primal part came with the job, funny (to me at least) story behind it. Oh, and I love knives. ^^

If you want it put simply, I'm basically a stray dog who learnt how to survive the city. :P

Ok i am a well trained merc with a lot of skills to fight and win ... and i start with the same way you did ... surviving in a bad sourrounding ;)

Figured you were forces. That or someone with a lot of violent hobbies. :P As for fighting to win, I sometimes get malicious enough that I fight to wound for fun. Rarer still is when I lose control and aim to kill, but I've always been pulled off (I tend to fight with allies) once someone notices. It's not a side of me I like letting out for obvious reasons...

Funny how bad backgrounds always lead to fighters. It's like we're a cliche. XD
