Anyone who watches my page should know this by now. I love mermaids and that I have my personal version that I tend to draw. That style is ofcourse dead brides killed boy there spouse and then turned into mermaids.... well, more like sirens now that I think about it. They WILL kill you. Especially if you happen to be a married man. Stay AWAY from the waters.
I thought a lil bit more on these designs that I did with the others, based on how they died as well as there dress and the type of wedding they had.
The Blue one was stabbed in the back and has a more innocent look to her. Her wedding was small with close friends and family attending. She was stabbed by her husband after she found him with another women during the after party and he didn't want others to know about his treachery. He threw her body over the balcony of the hotel room. They never found her corpse.
The purple one feel in love with a quiet an mysterious man. He kept a lot of secrets and she was such a curious creature. She couldn't help but fall for his strange mannerisms and charm. Too bad she finally found out his secrets... and on there wedding day too. Well. she had to be disposed of, and since he loved her, he gave her a clean shot in the head. He even buried her at sea... That's where she wanted to move next to anyway.
Last, but certainly not least is the bride in red... Poor thing got mixed up in a major family rivalry. She was the daughter of a very powerful and important man. Her hand was nothing more than a business deal. Whoever married her gained the fortune, power, and favor of her father. Proposed by one man but was promised to another, she denied both for she had fallen in love with a stranger. An Up and coming inventor with big ideas. He was cleaver, savvy, and knew just how to worm his way into her heart.... So, they eloped. They got married at a small quiet church and the moment she sipped the ceremonial wine her fait was sealed. He poisoned her cup and with the marriage license already legalized he gained all that power. Her funeral was held out at sea.
