I wanted to have a play with a shaped Acrylic badge, as its similar to me making my charms. It does take more time to make sure everythings correct, but I liked how it turned out. I decided to use Ellis as my tester before offering it. Badges can be up to 3.5" x 3.5" squared but the cut out badges are smaller than this.
