I'm not gonna lie from the thumbnail I kinda thought he was shitting in the cauldron and I clicked on it to prove myself wrong. I'm very glad I was mistaken.
But for a serious critique/comment not based on my bad eyesight:
This is really really good and I love your shading technique; the painterly feel of it coupled with the anatomy and the snarky expression makes this piece quite lovely.
I especially like the texture of the poofball on his head and the smooth feel of his hair.
