Oh gosh I want this dress so bad, it just feels so perfect. I have some nice red plaid leggings that would look nice, but white would be even better.

Hard to say because it depends on how it sits on you. Big tummies tend to make the belts just slip off easily, but also depends on the dress itself. I have see some photos where people added a belt on it and it did look very nice, making it easier to pair it with colours rather then only black and white.
I know, I'm a bigger girl myself so I know how things tend to travel one way or another if you try to wear it in certain spots lol, but if you bring the belt higher then it's typical spot it will stay in place better and can create a nice shape C: Kinda like this http://38.media.tumblr.com/0918b75e.....9h41o1_400.jpg
