I just thought I would post this here, as this is my current writing project. ASOL was the very first story I ever wrote, 13 whole years ago. In it's first incarnation, it was four pages long and featured in my high school's literary magazine. I revised it in college into a multi chapter story, but it still needed fleshing out. I started it up again a few years back, but I didn't like my approach to it, so I'm rewriting it again.

ASOL is the story of a boy who is abused both in his home and at school and struggles to figure out his self identity, especially when he falls in love with one of his bullies.

I probably have the older incarnation lurking about my gallery or scraps somewhere. This first chapter is pretty tame but later chapters will have more unpleasant content including swearing, more detailed mention of child abuse, rape, the eventual death of a character (not the main character, but it's a graphic scene), sexual harassment, prejudice, bullying, and graphic sex scenes.

I'm currently working on chapter 3 and I post this story in parts instead of whole chapters at my fictionpress account, so if anyone actually likes this dumb thing, you can find updates faster there.
