A pair of big ears sits down beside you on the gourney and looks at the needle in your vein.

Then, poking your side, the fennekim who's attached to those big ears asks:
"And you're not getting paid for that, right?"
Shaking his head he gravely concludes:
"Tssssk.. Obviously, you need more smiling and laughing in your life.
And more rest."
And poking your arm again he suggests:
"We could start with arm-wrestling. Considering you are being made stronger at the moment, I think it might be a fair struggle.."
Considering his weight is barely 15, maybe 20 kg, the problem will be less winning against him in arm-wrestling, but not accidentally crushing his slender fingers in your hand.
But a real Hero does ignore such inconveniences of reality.
