Ah, self-love: definitely something I need to give to myself. Though I am in a relationship, I ought to learn to respect and love myself as a person, because I'm sure she'll feel a lot better if I'm not as hard on myself.

Man, I wish I'd figured this shit out decades ago. I'm not the type to sit around regretting stuff but if there's some way I can help keep people from making the same mistakes I did that would rock. You're awesome, man. Just don't be so hard on yourself. Forgiving yourself goes a long way just make sure it goes paw in paw with recognizing where things need work.
