Thank you so much!! I see things in it that I could have / should have done differently now, but.. Overall, I like how it turned out. ^^
You're right! I used a pinkish color when I originally shaded the dress, and I think I might've used a light brown too. XD I'm glad it worked! I wasn't too sure how it was going to turn out.
I lucked out in finding the paper! It is supposed to be used for matting purposes, it seems, but it makes a great paper to draw on too. : D
Again, thank you so much for the comment. You always leave such lovely comments. ^^

You just reminded me that when I was little, we made pirate maps in school!
We took the maps we made, crinkled it up a LOT after we were done drawing everything out, uncrinkled it, then spilt stuff on it (like tea or coffee to stain it)
Lastly we were even allowed to burn the edges (and some of us burnt tiny holes in the middle too.. except for those of us who messed up and burnt holes that nearly destroyed the map all together, and definitely made it impossible to read..) with fire!
Arr, ye be most talented with yor pirate speak, matey. (I suck at it, you see..)
