How was caught by police: Was betrayed by the Black Dragons in a weapon smuggling operation. After on Parole hes will spend the rest of his life gaining revenge on his old gang.

How he joined the ESC: Saw Luke being attacked by hoodies and took them all out.

Personality: Simon has a firey attitute and is always up for a fight, He is the gangs best weapons expert. Hes mainly a bit weird under the influence of Drugs but hes always up for a laugh. He looks out for his friends and will take out anyone in his way or if anyone harms his friends he will go apeshit and on a killing spree searching for the person who harmed them. Hes a good person to talk to and he belives any problem is resolved with a gun or a joint of weed.

Weaknesses: Is a total drug addict, smokes large quantities of weed.When in stoned mode he goes weird..even apeshit crazy. Belives weed gives him super-powers as Spinach does to popeye.. but doesnt.

Love life: Belives himself to be the sexiest guy alive.. but is absoutely rubbish at pulling birds,resulting him to be kicked in the nads by said bird. Is kinda like a sex-addict and has connections to the local ho's.

Rival: Bustin of the IMP gang, for claiming to be a better gunslinger and weed-smoker than Simon.
