How many of them showed up in canon? I know that Yoshi, SMW Yoshi, and Boshi do, and I'd guess DDR Yoshi does, as well, but the rest?
By the way, Boshi is not the only Yoshi to wear an accessory. Gonzales Junior, who gets whatever name Mario decides to give him, wears a toupee. I mean, no matter what color he winds up, he suddenly has hair? Yeah, totally a toupee.
