Apple Spice and Pumpkin Ginger Bark are what you'd call 'sister candles'! They are the newest for fall and were released outside of the usual 4-5 new seasonal scents.

They actually have a Pineapple Cilantro in a Christmas version! It's called Christmas at the Beach but it's literally just Pineapple Cilantro's scent and the wax is white instead of green.

You're absolutely right, there are two lines of Yankee Candles- a Canadian and a European line. The website lists Canadian candles (these are the ones you find in the US) whereas the European line has other candles! What's cool about Sparkling Cinnamon is that it's not like a plain Cinnamon (like Yankee Candles other scent- Cinnamon Stick) Whenever you see 'sparkling' in a Yankee Candles name, it means there's some vanilla in there to take the edge off.
(Sparkling Lemon, Sparkling Snow, etc etc)

Oh God that makes it sound even better. Vanilla is also pure love. I don't know how to describe but it can make any kind of scent feel so warm and home-y.
