Nice redesign. I like how more modern it is than the basic looking pixel template.

I do like the original one that  ceegee make since it fits the Pokemon theme well, but personally I wanted to use something with more a lot more space for the character picture. Plus I just like playing around with designing things like this too.

Sorry, but I'm not really planning to make this public for everyone to use. This was mostly so I had something to make my own characters' movesets stand out a bit more from everyone else's, and also something of a design experiment.

I see, perhaps I shall make my own then.

Once you have a good idea of how you want the overall design to look, it's really not that hard at all. Making my base template for these only took about an hour and a half.

Is there a reason why he has the Kanji Character for "Death" on his uniform?

Actually, it says "Soul Death". It's a very not-subtle reference to the fact that he's a Shadow Pokemon. (and you're the first one to actually notice it)

Canyon's been okayed by the Powers That Be for some time now, don't worry. He was created months before things got way out of hand and I made darn sure the Shadow is mostly backstory and not "LOL I gots kewl shadow powerzzz".

He's like a one-percenter: Has a bit of shadow in him but it's not enough to mark him as an obvious and uncontrollable danger to the Academy.

Well he's still very much emotionless, and has the potential to be extremely dangerous if he gets pushed too much. But the thing that offsets it is that he's aware of what's happened to him to some degree, and he doesn't want to be the monster that the entire world despises. The Shadow is much weaker now than it was two years ago and he can keep it under control mostly, but he still isn't able to get rid of it fully on his own. And irony of ironies, being on a team where almost everyone hates each other is actually more beneficial to him than leaving and going it alone simply because it's some form of social interaction, which he needs.

But yeah, basically Tenebra and Canyon are the only two approved Shadow Pokemon at the school. As far as I know, anyway.
