I'm more than likely going to get e-flamed for this, but I'm pretty damn sick of seeing Lucario absolutely everywhere I mean, at first I thought "Wow, what a pretty spiffy looking pokemon" but seeing him as nearly everyone's favorite pokeymanz, on nearly every page of someones FA or on Fchan, hell even on the new Brawl game...What's so special about a retarded Raccoon-Dog-Thing that can punch, kick, and shoot purple balls of what looks like circulative pieces of faeces? It's like Christmas...Once a year keeps the hope, and you look forward to seeing it, but having it every single day and everyone having something to do with it...The repetitiveness would get very dull and even annoying after a while...

Once again Dragoneer you have drawn another masterpiece, and I'm not criticizing your artistic skills what-so-ever, I just wish it wasn't wasted on something so cliché...XD

Think about it this way, Lucario's involvement in SSBB was only because Nintendo needed a current pokemon movie character. Since Mewtwo's movie expired we're on this now.

I only recall ever watching the very first Pokemon movie when I was little, but If I recall right, Lucario is piss easy to get in the new games...And I'm pretty sure that when my 10 year old Cousin came to stay with me for a few weeks (He's a major pokeymanz geek) that I saw Lucario in the New-Age series quite a bit...

Aside from the great pose, what's really selling this pic is the great use of light and shadow. That you split the two down the middle sorta draws the eye to one side, and then the other. It's a great effect.
