This is an Australian Kelpie enjoying the American Summer. As an Aussie, he isn't used to throwing a football but he appears to be having fun regardless.

Also, Australian football shorts are about that long.

Also, I know his tail isn't very kelpie-ish but I like a big floofie tail!
