Her punishment after a crooked trail was the Rejuvenalization Chamber, but she escaped before being sent to Myra's old home after hearing they were Spankophiles (Sorry, didn't know if that was the name of it or not) and ran off to the City of the Free, Dandarido City.

When she approached the castle and knocked on the door, Annabelle rejected her staying there thinking she was a hobo (I kinda got used to hobos being murderous from RPs in the past) and decided to wander the streets, until she met the Tomboyish Isabelle who let her live there and Bethesda adopted her like all the other Tottatas as her own child.
