I wasn't aware pathfinder even had rules for anthropomorphic characters in any of their official books o.o
Though of course in the dnd 3.5 book "savage species" anthros were given enough racial hit die and LA that it would be impossible to play an anthro character and reasonably expect to be competetive near epic levels unless if you were gestalt.

The Advanced Races Guide had a few "furry" species' and a Third party simple Hengeyokai template (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/3rd-p.....ing/hengeyokai )
Though, hey, you can always pretend Elves are felines and Halflings are mice etc~
