I am reanimating a scene from one of my favorite animes from years ago but with my character Seenia'Ven.
These first 16 frames are rotoscoped, then redrawn to fit my character. Utena, the original character in this scene is super skinny while Seenia, being that she is a Sith Juggernaut, is built for fighting and has quite a bit more meat on her bones. Not all the frames are clean and there are many mistakes in the animation but it is a good start I think.

Next version will have around 6 more frames of animation that is all mine. Then I need to think if I want to continue this with another scene or just leave it and move on to something else.

The frames are all drawn on 4x6 index cards in pencil, scanned and adjusted. I am used to working with digital art so the whole scanning and adjusting line art is still very new to me.
