Armor design was based on a combination of Legend of the Dragoon and the dragoon class from FF14.

I am in the middle of playing legend of dragoon. PSN released it for sale so i have been re-living my past.

you might notice from my acct name that i love that game. and my fursona is based on it as well. well not so much the FF14 as it would be the legend of dragoon which i lovingly own an original copy with case and manual and just omg there needs to be more dragoon inspiredbased stuff out there. so nice to see this it was the first thing to pop into my head when i saw it and the weapon he uses too reminds me of what the green dragoons had in game.

most epic ps1 game by FAR.

as much as i love the game i will disagree with you. it is not the most epic by far. it is epic indeed but there are other games for ps1 which were just as epic and i happen to own them all :P legend of dragoon, legend of legais and grandia. those 3 together are all top notch first class completely epic games and really i think all three are tied for first place. and then i'd say following close behind those games in 2nd would be Lunar: silver star story complete with twisted metal 2 and 4 taking a close 3rd place. everything else falls so far short of these great games that there is no comparison. but the big 3 at the top there are the best of the best there is. and if you only played dragoon and not the other two you are really and truly missing out.
