Well, it's giant spider season down here in Arkansas, and they're getting bigger and more frequent by the day! In two days' time I've evicted four of these from my property!

5 things you need to know about the spiders in Arkansas:
1. They're big.
2. They're fast.
3. Most of them bite.
4. Some are venomous.
5. Except for the black widow, of which I have had two sightings in as many years, I cannot tell you with any amount of accuracy which ones bite and which ones are venomous.
My two least favorite spiders in Arkansas are the common house spider and the brown recluse. They look exactly alike. The only difference between the two is that the house spider is non-venomous, while the brown recluse will kill you dead in a matter of minutes.
