Well concentrate yourself on the willpower, or your power of fire would be useful only to heat coffee or tea. Don't think about what you will have for lunch. I would like to know how to use the layers to get these sorts of effects.

Sorry to say, I do not have any communication tools installed in my personal computer. I read the tutorial book that I bought it in Japan, and I ambiguously found that it has something to do with "blur" and "overlay" though, some technical terms in Japanese makes me difficult to understand that totally. If possible, really have I been glad if you could send the instructions via PM. I, in advance, thank you for taking your time.
