Not much is known about the huge behemoth known throughout Asia as Snowflake. What is known is only rumor and speculation made through comments from Snowflake herself and other super criminals.
Snowflake is thought to have been a Tibetan protester who was arrested by the China government. She was then subject to experiments that are thought to have been the Communist government’s attempts to duplicate the bionic Blood Formula (See file Ranger #165-A / Bloody Diva #344-V) the process is thought to have mutated Snowflake into her current form. Escaping from the Chinese Government’s training center she was being held at (See Asian Bureau File C-4478- Hansen) Snowflake disappeared off the face of the earth for several years only recently re-appearing as a super villain. Snowflake is thought to be an enforcer for the Jade Triad / Jade Empire Crime Syndicate. (Note The Chinese Government disavows the existence of the Jade Triad Organization See File 6000-4B for more information).

Invulnerability -Exact level unknown, But is rumored to be bullet resistant at the LEAST! Unconfirmed reports have Snowflake resisting tank shells during an attempt by the Chinese army to recapture her.

Vulnerabilities Once again since information is scarce on Snowflake herself we are confined to rumor but we do have report of her being weakened by extreme heat.
Crimes- Snowflake activities have been confined mostly to the People’s Republic of China which denies her very existence, but there are confirmed reports of her in Vietnam providing muscle for a slavery ring attached to the Jade Triad. She is supposed to have committed several murders, assaults, and robberies in China.
