This is what I've been working on for most of last week. For more information on Silks, please check here (still U/C but you might find some helpful info).
CUSTOM RULES
- Please do not make your own Silk adoptable. Silks are a closed species.
- When choosing traits, do not pick anything over uncommon and do not pick horns unless specified.
- Silk rarity isn't based on palettes, so you're free to choose what colors you'd like.
- Rarity is based on how many rare traits (horns, special tails, special base tails) that bring them closer to becoming a divine silk.
- The patterns shown above are just examples of the basic shapes. Some tails will be drawn slightly different (if not drawn by base).
- Floral tails and horns can have any flower blooming from them. But only of one type.
- Winged / Feathered base tails can have 1 - 3 sets of wings.
- Tail thickness may differ as well as length.
- The horns shown above are examples of possible horns. Thickness and shape will differ, but the textures stay the same.
- No more than 4 horns.
TRIVIA
- Although it's uncommon for silks to develop horns, they can grow them at any point in their life. Some earn their horns through years of magic academia. Others simply grow up with little nubs peeping from their hair.
- Flower element silks are the only silks that, most commonly, grow floral horns and base tails. In other elements, these traits are rare.
- Horns are often used in sacred rituals like blessings. Silks with horns are considered attractive by how uncommon they are. Not only that, but horns strengthen magic skills higher than the level of a regular silk.
-They rarely use horns for combat, but rather for attracting mates. When mating, horns are often rubbed as a sign of affection.
- Breaking a silk's horn weakens their powers.
