This is a Leaf Shaker, or Lefsker as folks call them! They're only 1 to 2 feet tall, and really enjoy jumping in human made leaf piles and shaking them apart. If you jump in a feel something cold touch your leg, it's just a friendly lick from one of these critters! With their dexterous front paws they braid each others long tails and add leaves of the region they live in to the ends. Then use them to communicate across distances, and occasionally, dances! Voices sound like laughing birds, very similar to a jay.

I kind of want to actually make them a species, refine them a little bit too. So others can make their own if they enjoy the idea! None of that closed species crap.

Made this critter up for a group over on Facebook. Just a little "draw this idea in 60 minutes" sort of challenge thing. I don't usually participate, but the theme today was "Make a character off of the current season/weather in your area!" So here you go! Just a little doodle. Doozer my rat joined in too :D
