"There's a brain inside this big head of mine... and it's already telling me to beat the brakes off of you. I might even listen to it one day."
To call Team Junkyard a 'team' is generally correct, even though they are often called a 'gang' by most other teams, and rightly so. All in all, they're a bunch of decent kids with bad pasts who found each other and became something between a support group and a hooligan club... and if any of the group embodies both the best and worst of what Team Junkyard stands for, it's Treori, the massive Pinsir.
Much like the others, growing up wasn't easy for Treori, but his reasons for having ended up with J and the others are much different. His home life was safe enough, and Tre grew up a bright young man with a chance at having a good future. The problem was that, as soon as puberty hit, Tre discovered that he was prone to fits of extreme anger over the smallest things or sustained frustration, reacting horribly to what most others would brush off. Eventually, he was diagnosed with Instinctual Aggression Syndrome, a very rare disorder in the more violent species that effectively leaves part of their brain wired to react aggressively at unexpected periods. While medication and counseling seemed to help, Treori hated the regimen; the medicine especially made him a bit listless at times, and he'd always taken pride in being active and eager. This led to a lapse in his dosing, and a sudden episode at home led to him severely injuring his father and ending up needing to be Repelled, subdued by five officers and cuffed hand and foot. No charges were pressed, and his family was willing to accept him back, but he refused, too upset at himself for being so selfish about matters to return. After hitting the streets for a few days, a desperate call to his psychiatrist led him to the doorstep of Jethro Biggs, and Treori became the fourth and final 'guest' at J's junkyard. He brought with him his surprising intelligence (welcome enough to the academically struggling Edge and Five), but also his unpredictable bursts of fury. He's had more than a few scraps with the others since then, but at the same time they all have tried their best to help him, especially Karma---her teaching him meditative techniques has helped him tremendously along with the regular talks and meds, and his 'episodes' are far less frequent, and even those that come pass quickly and with little more than inanimate objects being broken or tossed about. In battle, however...
Treori is huge, not only tall but wide and solid, standing at a towering 6' 8" from head to toe---his stone-gray head-pincers add an additional foot and a half. Powerfully built and unafraid to show it, his cream brown carapace often ripples and shifts to hint at the sort of muscle underneath. Ofttimes, he wears little more than baggy beige pants over big black boots, an equally huge black leather lifting belt with 'K-RUSH' airbrushed on it, and black MMA gloves, as well as the team wristchain and a similar, larger chain and padlock around his neck. If forced to wear a shirt, he defaults to either black tanktops or muscle shirts.
K-Rush is power, plain and simple. To let him get close is to invite disaster for all but the toughest of pokemorphs, as he has no qualms about punching the daylights out of someone, tossing them around, or crushing them into submission between those powerful pincers of his---he is known for being more than willing to try for a Guillotine immediately at battle's start. He fights smart as well as tough, but is nonetheless prone to leaving himself open to retaliation... and becomes almost dangerously reckless and uncontrolled if he grows angry during a match and has an episode, which poses added danger to his opponent *and* himself.
