LOL, last badge. This one's for Ruffy who's character is VERY neon and contrasting colors.

This badge was also inked and colored in Photoshop... I don't usually suggest inking in Photoshop, it's not really that a great program for it. I usually prefer Painter. But well, Photoshop still works fine for it I just don't like the brushes that much for inking.
