So these guys are an idea I've had rattling around in my sketchbook for the past week or so (though I can't say they're original; I'm sure there are plenty of similar combos). They're a combination of foxes (different species, though the ones above are based more on red foxes) and eastern dragons.
They were originally intended to be a "cute" species, but for some reason, that didn't translate from my sketchbook doodles to my adoptable base too well. I'll probably make them much cuter on their species sheet--when I eventually put it up.
Anyhow, I wanted to make a species that I could really branch out and have fun with. While I like my other species, I've found it really fun to doodle these guys in my spare time. Hopefully, you guys will feel the same :>
These, unlike some of my most recent adoptables, have more unique bases. I made a few features that I could add on to the different bases to make them different from one another. 'Cause who likes a design without a little flare?
May make even more unique, one-of-a-kind bases for customs or special adoption sheets if these do well.
Base auction price is a tad higher than usual because these took me a while to do (between edits to bases and coloring it all).
Want one?
I'm going to auction these off until October 4th, then the auto-buy price will come in.
At that time, I will also open up free options.
However, the way I'm auctioning these will be what I'm calling a "flash auction."
That means that while auctioning may be open until Oct 4th, the auction on a particular design will have a set amount of time.
The amount of time I'm allowing for auctioning for a design is three days after the first bid.
That means: if someone were to bid on a design on, say, Sept 28th, the auction would stay open until Oct 1st, and whoever would bid the most during that amount of time would be the winner.
Rules:
*I only accept Paypal.
*No reselling designs for more than paid for (if good reasoning behind this [like the design has a lot of art behind it], then I'll probably let you sell it for more).
*Payment is required within 48 hours of asking (at end of bidding date).
*You may adjust the horns, manes, and whiskers, etc. You can adjust the design to your liking as well. Once you own it, you own it, so do what you want with it (besides break the first rule).
*The designs are split into females (left) and males (right), but you may change the genders/sexes if you wish. Just remember that males generally have manes that extend around their necks while females do not. Females can have male-like manes, but it's an uncommon trait.
*While of course, you can make any ole' dragon/fox combination you want, this particular version that I have created as a species is closed for the public to make, for now.
