I use the human style hand most of the type, but on some characters (i.e: Hexefoxen characters) I use some kinda more paw-like four fingered hand! They're my favourite type of hands on furry characters!

It depends on the style of art and the character design. Omega's paws are more slender like humanoid hands, though she only has four fingers with really massive claws on each finger. But on more toony furs, I prefer the puffy, toon style paws with four or less fingers and paw pads with claws.
I used to draw them the first way, but now I prefer to make the fingers more short and rounded and stubby like the second one. Could have to do with my style tho. It fits better I think. :3
I don't like putting pads on the hands though. Only on feet. Same with claws, but depending on how I feel they may not be on at all.
