No it doesn't. It's only there if the artist puts it there. I've seen plenty of uncensored material on Pixiv.

Unless you're a minor, and aren't supposed to be looking at stuff like that, in which case NO NUDES FOR YOU.

It's sort of a Japanese tradition. It's been dropped as a law, but artists and filmmakers still do it out of respect for the tradition, from what I understand
