Sooo... This is something I started working on before I hurt my back, and finally got it about ninety percent finished. All I have to do now is coat it in a layer of lacquer for protection from the elements.

Materials used: Cardboard, Paper mache clay, Plastic (cut lenses), Acrylic paint + Black light reactive paint, Battery powered LEDs (dollar store Christmas light set.), Kanekalon synthetic hair.

The reason I say "mask" is because it will be sitting above my own head, not on my face.

Top set are with flash.
Middle set are without flash.
Bottom set are with LEDs on and without flash.

(If I had a black light at the moment i'd show you that the green drips are indeed reactive.)
