Two short stories in one day

I am still working on chapter 26, just trying to figure out how to do the chapter. So, yeah here is a short story of a mental chat with Jack and Ana. Hope you guys enjoy

Not many people know this, but as this trip has gone on, I have felt Ana become more separate from myself. I haven’t told even Gem, because I am not sure what is causing it. I mean it’s not bad; I just want to know what was happening. But for now I couldn’t really get any sort of help to understand it.

Now it seems strange but well, when I do go to sleep, sometimes I end up in what I can only guess is a mental room in my mind. There wasn’t much there, just well me and Ana, even though we can communicate telepathically, this mental talk does help. The best I can say it’s like one of those dreams where you can talk to people and you are in a place in said dream. Yeah, not the best way to describe it but it’s the best I could do.

I looked over at Ana; the female version of me turned, well sister, and looked over at me as well. “I know Jack, it is rather strange. But I am sure there is a reason why this is happening” Ana said to me as I nodded. “Oh, I know. But don’t you wish to have some sort of explanation why this is happening. I mean, don’t get me wrong it’s great to talk to you as a person. But, I don’t know if this is normal or something wrong is happening” I said as I walked towards her. “Agreed, but I am not complaining. I know you like the idea of having a sibling, same here. Though it could be the feedback from you. But I am sure that it’s a genuine feeling for me as well” Ana said.

I nod and sat on the ground of the ‘room’ and motioned for her to come over. “Yeah and I don’t mind all this. But I know you have the desire to walk as well, I wish I could figure out all of this out” I said with a sigh. Ana walked over and gently put her hand on my shoulder. “Hey Jack, don’t be sad. We will work it out, and if we find Fair and the Kitsunes of his I am sure the mystery will be solved. But for now I am ok with just watching, sides seeing the galaxy is kind of fun” she said. I smiled and nod as I stood up, and pulled her into an embrace one would give their sibling.
