I also like Mega Mewtwo Y over Mega Mewtwo X. Sadly, both are exclusive to Y, and I prefer Xerneas, the version mascot of X. Isn't that the worst, when a version exclusive you like is exclusive to the other game? I'm glad Vulpix and Ninetales, my favorite of favorite Pokémon, are exclusive to Blue, my first Pokémon game, and Silver, my Gen II game.
