This loverly is Blackout (or dylan) and was made by  japanda. I don't know where I'm putting him yet but I want to give him a big role so I gotta really think hard of where he'll be in my story.

All I have so far is that he's a zianite experiment and they named him blackout. Like no name(one of my other characters) his name was given based on the lack of care his creators had for him, i.e. not important enough to give a real name to in the eyes of his creators and by not giving him a true name, he was easier to not become emotionally attached to, eventually the people who he escaped to and that cared for him gave him a real name dylan, but he doesn't mind either as he doesn't want to forget where he's from
