This is one of eleven original 3D renderings created for
for the MiniNova webcomic. Sky and ambient mist have been rendered as alpha transparent by request.
All 3D geometry and visual effects were created by me in Blender 2.70a. All textures were made by me using GIMP 2.8.
Approximate modelling time (entirety of 3D geometry overall): 38 hours
Approximate texturing time: 6 hours
Approximate light setup and world design time: 8 hours
Please note that these renderings lack essential details such as pedestrians, vehicles, streetlamps, and even the yellow and white lines for the roads. I am still learning the main aspects of 3D scene rendering.
Image is subject to terms of me and Mini_M3.

Chris recommended me and I jumped at the chance because... I was bored. XD Maybe we could get another thing going soon. *contemplates*
This one actually shows the major flaws with my buildings. They're not in correct proportion. A person going into the lobby floor would be just fine, but as they go up more stories, they'll soon find that they have to crawl to get around. XD

Awesome! Well thank Chris for that! And thank you for helping! Actually, if you wouldn't mind, I need some small sets for my character models for my portfolio and you can also use them in yours, if you're up for it. It won't be nearly on the scale that this is but it would be a huge help!
I like them! THey're better than what I can do with environments right now. I'm used to more organic stuff like characters.
