I'm not exactly sure which character he was going for, but it looks cool non-the-less. The hair is what I would put as Sephiroth, the rest of the clothing would be mostly Cloud, The gunblade at his hip is definitely the Lionheart, with the dangling charm as well. But he has a sword on his back which is reminiscent of the Buster or Fusion Blades, and I think he had ears and a tail.. so... ?
